Vacation Rental Management in the North Carolina High Country

“My mom and I had a great stay at the Spotted Fawn! - The beautiful porches were by far the highlight! The views are great and the furniture was comfortable and clean! - The living space was large and cozy. Check in was easy and we felt right at home; the place was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable - The A/C worked very well and kept the place cool and dehumidified - Lovely to have fans and lamps in all rooms - The kitchen was big and fully stocked - The neighborhood is lovely and safe (if you're not familiar with Beech Mountain, make sure you're aware that you have to drive on very curvy mountain roads to get everywhere! but that's pretty typical in the mountains) Some extremely minor inconveniences, but thought it was worth sharing: - The beds were quite firm for my taste - The neighbors are very close. This didn't bother us at all but worth noting - There was quite a bit of noise most days from yard work and dogs barking. Not constant though”

“Gosh I wish the owners would contribute to rent this place. I was thinking - this can be our annual place for years and years! We just discovered it and it was magical! Very peaceful, quiet, but still accessible from banner elk, beech etc. The good things: the views! Felt so peaceful and beautiful. Loved the gorgeous kitchen, the nice lighting, living room couches were high end leather, the outdoor seating was comfy and loved the covered deck so we could sit out there in the rain. The AC worked great! We appreciated the upstairs mobile AC unit because it does get tad warm up there. The bathrooms are upgraded and feel so high end cabin like- we really loved it. The minor things that need tending- master bedroom mattress is quite worn, sinks and was uncomfortable. The towels were all stinky - but we washed them in hot water and used sanitary dry so they got bit better. The sheets were damp so first night we had damp bedsheets. Overall amazing stay!”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Beech Mountain! The location was perfect, and the mountain views were beautiful. We especially loved the huge deck—it was such a great space to relax and enjoy the scenery. Being able to let our dog out on the deck was also a huge plus! One of the highlights of our trip was all the deer that visited the house every day. Our kids absolutely loved watching them! We also really enjoyed having breakfast out on the deck in the mornings and using the fire pit at night. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It truly was one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed, and we would absolutely love to come back!”

“We stayed at Brandon’s place for one of the summer concerts at Beech Mtn and it was the perfect location! We were able to walk to the show. Beautiful place, very clean, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!”
